WHY ORG KNOWLEDGE DIESEvery team map is a still photograph.
The truth about who is doing what exists — for about a week. Then it decays in channels, stale decks and unasked questions. Not because people hide it, but because keeping it current costs someone a favour every single time.
Status rots.
Docs and boards are snapshots of the day they were written. Three days later the plan has moved and the artefact hasn't — and everyone quietly stops trusting it.
“Is this page still true?” — nobody knows.
Chasing costs a favour.
Following up is a social tax. Nobody wants to be the person who asks a third time, so blockers stay invisible until they're expensive.
“Didn't want to nag…” — every retro, ever.
Nobody sees the whole board.
Leads see fragments — a ticket here, a thread there. No single live picture joins teams, people, work and the dependencies between them.
Cross-team risk hides in the gaps between tools.

Scan the corpus.
Drag in the messy truth — PDFs, decks, meeting notes, spreadsheets. Mistral reads them and identifies the real departments, people, tasks, owners and dependencies before drawing anything.
Read the constellation.
Departments become planets — size is workload, health is colour. People orbit their teams; collaboration draws the lines between them. Select any planet for its people, sub-teams and work in motion.
Close the loop.
One follow-up button. Athena DMs each owner on Discord about exactly the work they own — read from graph edges, not guessed. A reply of DONE: task is parsed, the delta lands in the graph, and the update log moves in real time.
